ประวัติ

บริษัท คมสันต์อุตสาหกิจ จำกัด มีจุดเริ่มต้นจากการก่อตั้งในปี พ.ศ. 2532 (ค.ศ. 1989) บนพื้นที่เพียง 400 ตารางเมตร โดย คุณเกรียงไกร ปรีชาชาญชัย, คุณคมสันต์ ปรีชาชาญชัย และ คุณตรียาภรณ์ ปรีชาชาญชัย ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นในการให้บริการด้านงานเครื่องจักรกลอุตสาหกรรมและการผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรที่มีคุณภาพ

ในช่วงเริ่มต้น บริษัทมุ่งเน้นงานกลึงและงานเจาะเป็นหลัก พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากร เพิ่มกำลังการผลิต และขยายขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2540 (ค.ศ. 1997) บริษัทได้ขยายพื้นที่ดำเนินงานเป็น 1,600 ตารางเมตร และเริ่มให้บริการงาน Fabrication มากขึ้น เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่หลากหลายยิ่งขึ้น

ในปี พ.ศ. 2544 (ค.ศ. 2001) คุณเกรียงไกร ปรีชาชาญชัย ได้แยกตัวออกไปก่อตั้งกิจการของตนเอง ขณะที่คมสันต์อุตสาหกิจยังคงดำเนินธุรกิจและพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง

กระทั่งในปี พ.ศ. 2563 (ค.ศ. 2020) กิจการได้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนและปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการดำเนินงานจากห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด เป็น บริษัท คมสันต์อุตสาหกิจ จำกัด พร้อมลงทุนปรับปรุงโรงงาน เพิ่มเครื่องจักร และขยายพื้นที่ดำเนินงานเป็นประมาณ 3,000 ตารางเมตร ดังเช่นในปัจจุบัน

ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 35 ปี บริษัทได้เติบโตจากโรงกลึงขนาดเล็ก สู่ผู้ให้บริการด้านงานเครื่องจักรกลอุตสาหกรรมแบบครบวงจร โดยยึดมั่นในคุณภาพ ความแม่นยำ และการส่งมอบงานตรงเวลา เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและสนับสนุนความสำเร็จของลูกค้าในทุกภาคอุตสาหกรรม

Factory History

Komsun Udsahakit Co., Ltd. traces its origins back to 1989, when it was founded on a modest 400-square-meter workshop by Mr. Kriangkrai Preechachanchai, Mr. Komsun Preechachanchai, and Mrs. Triyaporn Preechachanchai. From the beginning, the company was committed to providing high-quality industrial machining services and manufacturing precision machinery components.

In its early years, the company primarily focused on turning and drilling operations while continuously developing workforce skills, increasing production capacity, and expanding its service capabilities.

In 1997, the workshop was expanded to 1,600 square meters, enabling the company to undertake a wider range of fabrication projects in addition to its core machining services. This expansion allowed Komsun Udsahakit to better serve the growing needs of customers across various industries.

In 2001, Mr. Kriangkrai Preechachanchai left the company to establish his own business. Meanwhile, Komsun Udsahakit continued its steady growth and organizational development.

In 2020, the company increased its registered capital and transformed its legal status from a limited partnership into Komsun Udsahakit Co., Ltd. Significant investments were made in facility improvements, machinery upgrades, and workshop expansion, increasing the operating area to approximately 3,000 square meters, which remains the company's current facility size.

Over more than 35 years of operation, Komsun Udsahakit has grown from a small machine shop into a comprehensive industrial engineering service provider. The company remains committed to quality, precision, and on-time delivery, helping customers achieve success across a wide range of industries.Edit
